Criminal Law – both prosecution and defence - all aspects. A particular area of interest is complex fraud matters. Ian also deals with matters relating to firearms, licensing applications, and radio communications matters. Ian has undertaken numerous VHCC cases, and has considerable experience of this type of work. Grade 4 prosecutor.

Personal

 

Ian initially qualified as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand in 1990. After practising in New Zealand he moved to the United Kingdom. Ian practised as a solicitor until 1996 when he joined Bank House Chambers.
