Personal

 

Gurdial successfully practised in London for over ten years before joining Bank House in 1999. He was invited to do so by the then Head of Chambers Jonathan Durham-Hall QC with whom he was co-defending in a corporate manslaughter case at the ‘Old Bailey’. Whilst in London he appeared regularly in the Central Criminal Court and the Court of Appeal, both in his own capacity and when being led by Queens Counsel.
Gurdial also appeared in the BBC documentary ‘Watching the Detectives’ with Peter Kelson QC .
He has settled in the Peak District with his family and currently enjoys all that the beautiful landscape has to offer.
