Criminal Law - both prosecution and defence. Grade 4 prosecutor.
Specialises in all aspects of criminal law but particularly allegations of a
sexual nature and cases involving complex medical, psychiatric and
psychological issues.

Personal

Kath is interested in all aspects in international criminal law, such as the recently established International Criminal Court, the UN ‘War Crimes’ tribunals in the Hague, Tanzania and East Timor, and the UN missions to the former Yugoslavia seeking to re-establish an effective and respected system of criminal justice.
Kath has also enrolled on a psychology degree course (Open University) in February 2004.
